These destinations are not legally comparable to the EU, so legal security in transports to these countries is a major issue and an important concern for both the customer and for ZENIT-Spedition itself. If necessary, a high level of security with extended transport insurance is recommended.
Good CMR insurance and the right transport insurance are indispensable
To be able to gauge risks, an exact knowledge of the goods and their value is very important and the risk of the transport route must also be taken into account. It is quite possible that, despite the best packaging, the goods may be severely damaged or even rendered unusable during inspections at border crossings, through improper handling or opening of the packaging. This results in legally complex processes. Lodging complaints against the authorities in some countries is rather pointless, and appropriate insurance is recommended all the more.
Even within Europe, laws and rules are not always uniform and in countries far away from Europe, the legal situation is sometimes even more complicated.
