Good insurance is indispensable in international freight transport.

International freight contracts are part of everyday life at Zenit. If you transport your goods across borders with Zenit, you can rest assured that they are in good hands.

ZENIT has very good forwarding insurance. ZENIT Spedition GmbH & Co KG is insured with the Schunck Group Austria based on applicable domestic and foreign freight, land, and air or sea freight law. The insurance sum is EUR 4,000,000 per claim. More detailed details can be found on our insurance certificate.

CMR Frachtbrief

Die Internationale Vereinbarung über Beförderungsverträge auf Straßen (= CMR von franz. Convention relative au contrat de transport international de marchandises par route) gilt für Internationale Transporte, die mit Lastkraftwagen durchgeführt werden, wenn das Abgangs- oder Empfangsland des Gutes ein CMR-Mitgliedstaat ist. Eine weitere Voraussetzung für die Durchführung ist, dass die CMR nur ihre Gültigkeit besitzt, wenn auf Straßenfahrzeuge verladen wird. Das bedeutet, dass Container oder Wechselaufbau nicht als Fahrzeuge gelten.
